Don't own any shares, My, but I thought those who did were supposed to get a small check? Good question. I do not really know the answer. If it is not trading at all anymore, I guess you can claim the loss anytime? If there is a chance of future payments, might it be better to hold unless you really need the tax offset? Don't think you can do both, but not sure. Somebody here probably knows though....I suspect James would certainly know.
