Well... is someone is actually CORRUPT (as you say) then that should be a crime - so prosecute the bum and THAT will get him out of Congress (see Sen. Stevens for an upcoming example... or the guy I posted originally about, Jackson, who no doubt will be show the door pretty soon too). As far as "entrenched", well they both CERTAINLY ARE.... But, in that particular case, it's not an actual crime to be 'entrenched', so it's the VOTERS who need to turn them out.
