Alternative energy. Green jobs. Getting the hell out of Iraq. Redoubling our efforts to go after bin Laden. Giving a break to the middle class and poor, while increasing taxes on the wealthy. Regulating corrupt industries, like the financial industries. Not fast tracking every trade agreement, especially if it doesn't include an even playing field for US companies. Electing intelligent, competent leaders. Those ideas are all lost on this new crop of Republicans. What we have now is the Grand New Party or the Grand Neocon Party. They certainly aren't the Grand Old Party of my youth.
