BAYRY (BAYN.DE) might we worth a good look. 8x earnings, strong pharma sector with a good chunk of consumer goods, some AG chemicals, seeds plus a cyclical polymer division. Despite fairly good numbers and an improved balance sheet, the shares have not done much since Y2008/2009. I think this is. Avoid stock for an income oriented investor, they ought to yield almost 4% based on next years dividend.

No position yet but I am strongly considering. They have good management, IMO. Stock is way cheeper than comparable US companies.
