I believe the Secretary if State of each state voting in a presidential race is supposed to qualify the parties running. They failed to do that.

Is there nothing in the constitution that states that a person must prove he/she was born in the United states of America... if there is then the burden of proof should be on the person applying for the job of President of the USA.?
