That's very positive.........making messes and not having to clean up.

If it's not too cold, get her a cushy warm blanket, a cup of tea and sit her out on the porch for a few minutes. The fresh air will do her good.

Oral, women get goofy after surgery. I know of one women who did a 100 mile mochuckle ride bar hopping 4 days after a hysterectomy. That got her back in the hospital.

My wife broke her knee off in a horse accident. 2 weeks in the hospital and 4 months in a rented hospital bed here at home with me giving care 24/7. Lots of 2 am I need drugs and a run to the store. Plus the ever nice tossing a bed pan in my face because the pepper on her eggs was too largely ground.

Are any of her friends bringing in meals for you? That is always a big help..if I were closer, I'd bring you dinner.
