And I told you that was counter productive. In any event it was a misrepresntation of the facts. Which I responded at the time surprised me that you did not know them. To make it clear it was the conservatives who opposed the 1964 civil rights act and the liberals and blacks who fought and died for it. It may have been that the Santa clara law students scored at the bottom on the bar exam. My mind is starting to drag up that memory more clearly. But they were at or near the bottom I know that for sure. It was the middle 60's.
