its a huge deal if you believe in global warming which the right refuses to do. American makers have no fuel efficient models that are worth buying, none. To state that americans should continue to pollute their planet just so that we can support this brain dead industry which slaps the voters in the face every year is stuck on stupid. GM is worried about jobs lost- what about all the jobs lost when GM turned the EPA into a republican talking point, by exploiting weak republican "corporate pimp" leadership?
