Dan, maybe you lost too much money shorting msft and your mind can't think right anymore.

Since when has msft prohibited OEMs from using any other products? Microsoft's position is that IE is part of Windows, you just can't remove it from Windows, if you want to add an icon for other another software, fine, if you want to add an icon for Chairman Mao, it's all up to you... who cares?
