"It will be interesting to compare Bush's pardons with Clinton's. Not only the number but the recipients." For a truly comprehensive comparison, throw in the Bush I pardons (that Pakistani heroin smuggler caught red-handed with a couple million of heroin on him comes to mind...), and Ronnie's (all those Iran/Contra figures and high government officials & some S&L folks pardoned), and Carter's (don't really remember, but I'm sure he must have had some too).
