List of enterprises, agencies and organizations WHO DO NOT intend to demand a bailout from the federal government:

1. Kyle's chain of "Yes, It's Cold" lemonade stands.

2. "WalMart"

3. "Jose's Slightly Used Tires"

4. All one person staff Post Offices in Wyoming

5. The Server's Union - Hooter's Restaurants

6. All towns, cities and municipalities in Alaska.

The remainder of American entities will join Philly, Atlanta, Phoenix, GM, Ford and Chrysler at the hip pleading for "their share" of the bailout.

Cleveland, Ohio - one of the most devastated cities foresees a balanced budget in 2009. If this is true the degree of malfeasance in the other cities is mind boggling.
