LB, Just make sure you don't suck in your gut when you measure your waist! :>) LB, DL, just to make sure you are doing it correctly, the waist measurement is supposed to be exactly at the belly button (tape should be leveled), and wrist measurement should be where the hand bends and it should be done on the dominant hand. And, yeah, don't suck in your gut... Joe
