Not so fast. Very little how? Does taking 4 years to get a mine in production mean much? It means 75% fewer mines than 2 years to get into production. Costs are jobs, tax dollars etc.. What about manufacturing? Companies search the globe for cheap jurisdictions that are regulation light. They rarely search out the US no matter the markets. All that shipping and tariffs and it beats the cost of doing business in the states. Has to tell. When we invent a product to sell, where is the first place we want to build it? Mexico, Shanghai, China, anywhere but here. That has to cost jobs and in the end productivity.
