A coiled spring in the offing?

It's a pretty limp spring. A 4% reduction in rig count isn't going to cut it. Remember that hurricane related shut-ins will be coming back on line over the next couple of months adding to an already more than adequate supply for a depressed economy. IMO, only more hurricane damage next year could tighten up supply enough in the next year.
