you can get all the advantages of aspirin with none of the negative side effects and lots of positive side effects - but you have to eat an anti-inflammatory diet.

it might sound "way out there," until you learn that the harvard medical school doctors running joslin diabetes research center reviewed the latest research and concluded this anti-inflammatory diet is the best diet for pre diabetics and diabetics.

If you aren't over weight, you just add in more monounsaturated fat for energy and you are good.

i personally know of one lady who was taking upwards of 15 aspirin a day to control her out of control pain. she got on this anti-inflammatory diet and went to zero aspirin and felt less pain.

i know another woman crippled with pain due to a bad epidural and a car accident who, within 36 hours of starting this diet slept on her back, pain free, for the first time in 5 years (aspirin or no aspirin). 4 days later, she was off her ulcer meds, too.

i've had nerve damage for some time and this diet helps me to control the pain - even when i'm working the nerve (as long as i don't over do it).

there are numerous other positive side effects, but you can research the zone diet on you own, if it interests you.
