When I analyzed the 8K I believe it said that the options were fully excercisable 6 months after the date of the agreement, which puts them roughly 5 months out. I could be wrong, I'm working from my notes as I don't have time to go back and look till later, but that's from my time table I made from the 8K... I was trying to get a feel for when things were happening.... like the dilution of an extra 14.5MM or so shares that will occur in 11 months. Since we're all passing rumor and innuendo, from what I was told, it sounds like the shares for the $5MM are passing into friendly hands overseas and we shouldn't need to worry about them. That's if what I've heard is true, and I haven't called the company to ask because I don't think they would want to comment anyway.
