The quote you reference is completely wrong. We are a REPUBLIC not a Democracy ... Our country has lost its way. The financial meltdown is just one more step in the degradation of our nation and society. We are a nation that has lost so many of the qualities and values that made us a great nation. These problems don't develop overnight ... they were years in the making ... starting well before the current administration ... before Bin Laden started plotting 9/11. We have lost our way.
