However, the historical comparison is muddied because most Hawai'i foreclosure cases in recent years occur outside court, which makes cases more difficult to track and results in a more imperfect picture of the problem. === non-judicial foreclosures account for about 90% of foreclosures here in Hawaii now. No one i know is aware of a way to track those. The malls are dead on this island. Ala Moana may be doing OK, I don't know. I went by a couple months ago to AM and there were sale banners everywhere.
