Agree with Zeus.....unless and until political systems come to grips with Time Shaping Capital....there is little chance that emerging markets with low economic freedom built in....will discover under which cup, hides the magic bullet. national pride not withstanding, its the output streams of current capital, which determine capitals future shape. bureaucrats armed only with regulations (political entreprenuership), shift output streams they dont shape output streams. There is a huge difference.... the natural reflexivities of a free economy are differentiated by the identity complexity which is inherent between those who shift and those who shape. guess which one is strictly contrivance?
