Every 1.5% electricity=1% GDP, for emerging markets. China may be doing another quick shift away from the Stalinist-type economy. Stalinist type-economy is to thrown capital and labor at the econpmy and achieve high GDP growth. Mostly cement, electricity, oil, and steel.
