Is an artificial 13% body fat really healthy?

I don't understand what the qualifier "artificial" means in that question. Could you explain?

MrMj,

Is an artificial 13% body fat really healthy? Long term?

If 15% is ideal, it is awfully close. Why would you be worried about somebody 2% under, when vast population is 20% plus over (35% body fat or higher)?

Joe
