I just argued that it wasn't terrorism. A lot of sick stuff went on in those days. The Vietnam war was sick.

One dictionary definition of terrorism follows:

"The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons."

Another is:

"the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, esp. for political purposes"

Webster's defines it as the "use of Terror", which is further defined as:

"violent or destructive acts (as bombing) committed by groups in order to intimidate a population or government into granting their demands"

Obviously, the word "terrorism" is precisely what the Weather Underground and Bill Ayers were engaged in. I think you might want to revise your view of whether Ayers is a terrorist, because obviously, by any reasonable definition, he is.
