The banks are being cautious. They are in the lending business and as the bankers told me, they are looking for more business. What will the market do over the next 6 months. NO ONE knows, so at this time, I would want a greater percentage down and I would be concerned about employment. Drastic cuts are taking place across the board. There is no absolute answer, the system will work its way through...we hope.

oh please. Bush is president. Bush is responsible for this mess, period. Banks are not "reacting" to Obama and therefore the recession gets worse. It must be hard for you to accept that nobody buys those republican talking points anymore.

Did you notice how that blather of "US is a center right nation" got whipped before it even took hold? People are tired of this claptrap.

Yes, worst recession after 8 years of the worst President in US History. Amazing how you still can't draw the line between those two facts.

This is why no one should ever trust Republicans to be in office. It always ends badly.
