I do not think the approval was wise either. I disagree with the decisions made by the WH and Congress. I do not have faith in the decision making capacity of either of them, and rightfully so.

Congress did not instinctively agree nor trust the WH. They made their decisions as they are supposed to do and passing the buck should really stop. We must hold all accountable instead of making excuses for their poor decisions.
