Of course, such a position presupposes a much stronger gold market.\Well . . . we will see . . .

I think the post-earnings analyst downgrades (all made WAY after the stock prices have declined) have been endemic through the gold/silver stock complex. Gold/silver stocks aren't going anywhere while the metals are down. But gold and silver stocks are so oversold relative to the metals that they will absolutely skyrocket if the metals turnaround. Why anyone uses analyst recommendations for anything other than kitty litter is beyond me.
