have someone tell them in spanish - "not that anyone here is doing it, but we are having a problem with paper towels being flushed. they are not meant to be flushed. be sure to use toilet paper. thanks."

this is called "management," no?

btw, we do have signs posted telling folks not to flush paper towels, so i assume it has been a problem.
