LB,

Hey, it's a nice, relaxing experience! Don't forget that between the ages of 20 and 70, your body loses 70% of it's ability to manufacture Vitamin D from the Sun. You may get brown, but is your body getting enough "D"?

I am still getting decent absorption based on my last D3 test. I am only half way through the ages of decline, and if the formula is correct, my body lost 35% of its original ability to absorb Vitamin D.

BTW, I don't know how the absorption decline varies between the skin types. Fair skinned people (like myself) have a pretty good absorption to begin with, while dark skinned people have a poor absorption - they need a lot more exposure for skin to generate some Vitamin D.
