Yep.
Actually, there is still a $4 or so bill each month for various surcharges, so, right now, the best I can do without disconnecting from the grid (that's a fee), and putting in batteries, both which are expensive to do, is a bill of $48-50 a year. I can add a few more panels, or plug in my seasonal creek, but why? I'd get nothing back.
