1680 Millirems this year

Anybody living in NYC with all of the granite probably exceeds that monthly:) I worked right next to the reactor on my submarine and used to average about 8/10 a month. Not bad working 3' from a reactor.

227.3. I was up to 228.7 last week, so that is down 1.4 pounds. Quite a bounce over two weeks ago when I was 226.1. I am using the electronic scale at the Kaiser clinic, so I think it is correct. I will be happy if I can get back to 226.1 by next Monday.

I started out on this journey on July 27th with this post. I was 250 then, so I have lost 22.7 pounds in 16 weeks. Average 1.4 pounds per week. Not too shabby. Looks like I will hit my goal of 195 lbs sometime in May.
