Oh, please, that sounds so silly... why would our drug policy be a number one priority over there? That makes no sense, you're confused... those nut jobs will chop off your hand if you steal a bar of soap... well, maybe not a bar of soap, I don't know if they use soap over there, but they'll chop off your hands if you steal a piece of chewing gum...

OK, my bad. I didn't go back to check your message.

I don't see why it's our problem if they decide to execute criminals in order to support our war on drugs.

I presume they are a sovereign nation fully capable of administering penalties according to their own culture.

Unless we told them to execute those particular bad guys, it's not our problem. I sincerely doubt we told them the penalty schedule they had to use.
