I agree. To get the total reorganization needed they need to go Chapter 11, otherwise it's just a money pit.

The only thing that would make sense is for the Feds to work with the bankruptcy court to ensure that the reorg can get credit. But the rest is such nonsense. Who is his right mind or out of it thinks that Congress can oversee the restructuring of these companies? That's what bankruptcy courts are for. That's what they do.
