Dylan? An excellent writer of freedom songs. Beyond that? No heart. No bleeding. Clever words. Smart ryhmes. Brilliant in his place, but nothing he ever wrote would make a singer break down and walk into a river. Dylan just don't care enough on a personal level except about showing off. just my opinion. but tho I might have felt like going into the streets for freedom from his words, I never once cried over his words. And once the early 60's period passed, he was passe. the wind blew and went. ooops. I bad? smile. then again, since JFK spent most his time finding ways to boink as many women as possible, I don't take him seriously as a 'great' president. rfk? great man. I hope Obama is more like rfk.
