If so, pure coincidence......the major tenets of fascism more closely align with conservatism than liberalism

Oh, I see. It is a "coincidence" that half the premises on which fascist Nazism was built are also premises of today's progressive movement. Uh, I don't think so.

You all talk patriotism every chance you get.

I think most conservatives respect patriotic concepts and disapprove of anti-Americanism. I can't really find fault with anyone for that. But it has nothing, whatsoever, to do with fascism.

It was racism. People feared that the Japanese Americans would align with Japan and not America. And that was under FDR, not Wilson.

I don't agree that FDR's actions were racism. But we were talking about Wilson's locking people up for dissenting.

Under Wilson, it was the right's favorite whipping boy that were locked up.......the 'scary' communists. Had Wilson been a GOP president twice as many would have been locked up.

Oh, I see. Wilson was only half as bad as a Republican MIGHT have been. You're a real piece of work. Stupid, but a piece of work.

I think it is a shame they turn you loose on schoolchildren. That's just wrong.
