This is our doing. We demanded they get tough on drugs. We coupled that demand to our foreign aid. If they want our money that is what they have to do. What credible evidence do you have that could support such an unbelievable and far fetched comment? TIA GZ

Unless you can show how we demanded that they get tough on drugs specifically by executing drug runners your argument holds no water at all. I don't understand your concern for bad people in other countries. Don't we have enough bad people in the US to soak up your sympathies? Why is it everybody's problem? The drugs are everybody's problem. Not drug runners. They are just mules.
