A lot of professors are making a ton with research grants, what is it 1-3 billion a year ?> Clearly you meant what you said... that the idea of "Global Warming" is being propogated by collusion among scientists to obtain research money. Further, lumping them in with Al Gore is silly... a lot of serious scientists to a lot of REAL research and actually resent Al Gores interpretation. I couldn't disagree more. And I completely disagree that "research" is being swept under the rug to "keep the scam going"... there is NO EVIDENCE to support any suppression of making alternate research public. As reseach in favor of "intelligent design" for example mounts, it attracts MORE MONEY, not less. The drive for truth is a huge motivator... as is a nobel prize. If there is truth in "intelligent design" (which I think there is actually... in a tangential way) or "lack of global warming" then science will persue it. There is fame and fortune for new theories and ideas. That said, science isn't for pussys!! It took a LONG TIME and a lot of GUTS for scientists through the ages to stand up againsts established, entrenched, institutions for truth. Don't be a PUSSY. DAK
