This is patently false. There are many types of voter fraud, most do not rely on voter registration fraud. From what I have been able to find, the type of voter fraud resulting from voter registration fraud is extremely rare, there have been only a few cases over the past few years and most of those were likely honest mistakes. That is, unless you have different data.
