I recovered alittle of my premature call options...shoulda listened to the 2 of you a bit earlier ...may have saved me 10G .... Jim, thanks for your input today. I sympathize with your position. I do believe this would make an excellent final in torts. One suggestion, however, never threaten people on the web (with litigation). it's like smearing honey on your body and daring the ants not to come. This threads has its share of excitable posters. bill
