94 might have been early, but from about 1998 on - he was dead right the *whole* time.

he saw the irrational bubble and he knew it would blow something big.

what he didn't know was when.

it took a LOT longer than anyone reasonable person could have surmised, but it is here now and the pain should be about equal to the pleasure of the bubble on the way up.

iow, this is going to hurt us badly for a long time to come - and that's if we get lucky and avoid the collapse of our entire financial system.
