Hi Falcon, not sure why you are so negative on Mauldlin.... but it shows I must be doing a good job since you are taking to task Mauldlin, Jon Koplik has a visceral loathing of Jimmy Rodgers, I see Bill Gross get some dressing down on this thread. That's what makes a market, and the past few years have provided something of a MetaPhysical Proof of the Beatles suggestion that Nothing is Real I don't write this stuff up or give my take on it to beholden to any specific dogma. Jimmy Rodgers, Bill Gross and John Mauldin have built their records and money on the *Balance of the analysis past decade* I would not begin to begrudge any of them and a number of other market wizened veterns that I have highlighted here. And as they have made money in the process.... that highlights the upside of their views. John

I notice my post of Ron Paul's ideas has been the focus of the entire half hour of Nightline on ABC tonight. They spent half the show talking about the mine in SA where they go 2.4 miles below the earth to show the precarious and arduous conditions in said mine in South Africa. Now the Show is talking about walking safes and safes that can be used for Gold....... hey, your just trying to be ahead of the mass psychology cultural analyst. John Pitera .....it's not like I am buying these shows to increase the merit or stature of my musings here on SI. JP ------------ edit I'm kind of surprised that I don't have a bit more of a GoldBug Following ....as if you go back all the way to 2000. I have been pretty darn consistently positive on Gold. John
