OT:re: tilamook I buy their cheese and butter here in Florida.
A bernaise or hollandaise made with Tilamook is significantly better than with other butters. I did brown butter sauce last night for my butternut ravioli and it was great! More milk solids in their brand, I think. MP

Tillamook is sold in many parts of Washington including where we shop in Seattle. They make excellent cheeses and fresh cream-based ice cream. I've visited their factory a few times, and the last time I recall that they said they have more than 10 million pounds of cheddar aging at one place or another.
