Jurgis,
Do you think that DLR-Pb and HRP-pb have better chances than euro bank prefs (DCE, IDG, RBS-N, DCS-C)?

I don't have a clue. the European bank preferreds are propped up by politicians that don't want them to default. if the politicians decide the preferred do belong to the equity category (if new equity injections are necessary etc. ) then the preferreds could be toast.

HRP-pd and DLR-pd seem to have a lot of equity cushion before they default so i hope they will hold and keep paying. Both are small bet's in REIT debt for me and so far i don't like it one little bit. KIM down by 20%+ in one day seems insane. I certainly feels like commercial RE is the next shoe to drop (or has it already).
