I think they are flooding the markets with so much liquidity around the world that deflation is a minor problem at this point.

That and commodity prices are off like 50% on weak demand. With deflation and weak demand companies can't make money (fixed costs go higher as a % of revenue) they lay people off or go out of business. This continues to look ugly... I wouldn't be optimistic.
