You and Z, both totally lacking good sense on the subject. I know of no informed person -- CIA, military or FBI -- who has said anything REMOTELY like what you two have said. Pretty much everyone believes that 9/11 attacks were well-planned and executed, and that even thought AQ has been largely decimated by the Bush Administration's policies, they continue to be a huge risk today because of the potential for use of nuclear and biological weapons. If you would spend half the time reading authoritative, scholarly work on the subject as you do nodding your head in agreement with the liberal mantra of the day, you might be a little more informed about these matters.
