Well, I agree that fraudulent registration is wrong and should not happen, ever. As a priority among types of voter fraud and manipulation, I can't think of any other that should be lower. I think even bringing it up is a form of registration suppression.

This is one reason I think that a global smart ID card that uses a person's unique biological information is a good idea. It could be used in place of all forms of current ID, credit cards, etc. and linked to a global database that could be checked by small Point Of Sale-type units. I think the positives of this would far outweigh the negatives.
