I also have been disappointd many times by people, but feel I am pretty good at reading people and this guy is the real deal. I am an old guy, and spent 30 years in politics, including running for our state legislature and being state director of three agencies: EMS, Alcoholism and drug abuse and one other. I also wrote all three initial state plans. I know my politics pretty well. I have watched this guy Obama for two years now and scrutinized his thinking. Besides listenting to his ideas I have looke at who he is appointing. e.g. if he was a sleezebag the last person in the world he would have picked for VP is Joe Biden as biden is simply not a yes man. What Biden does bring to the table is 36 yesrs on the senate foreign relations committee and defense and he knows most of the world leaders. I also like his picks of people like Caroline Kennedy. She would never back an imposter. He is as serious as a heart attack, an intellectual who is a prolific reader, a super hard worker and understands the concept of self actualization and governing with humility. Smartest politican I have seen in a long long time.
