Honda is doing ok. Not as good as usual, but solidly in the black. Because they build cars to a philosophy of quality and effieciency, not just the market. The Fit is a great car for these times.

I still think their '90's Civic Hatchbacks are some of the best looking cars around.

I've owned three.

The reality is that Nissan, TM, Honda, and everyone else who builds cars is seeing their sales in the tank and THEY aren't building Escalades.

Good point. In fact I was kinda pissed that Toyota quit making a small truck. The Tocoma got upgraded to midsized. Only Ford makes a small truck now, and I know that would eventually blow up.
