GM has many small cars, hybrids, and has sold electric vehicles.

Where? In your fantasies?

The company I work for is still using electric Chevy S10's. They will soon have the Volt out.

Do you understand the use of advertising to create a market?

So you think marketing can sell a glamoured up truck? SUV's are a bit like the pig with lipstick. Ever see a gray haired retiree with an SUV? Not many. They don't need them. SUV's are sold because of the middle leter in SUV. Utility. SUV's are popular because they can carry a lot of stuff and haul trailers. Yes they have improved the ride, but not the handling, and only limited improvement in gas mileage. The SUV is here to stay.
