Obama just needs to open up a gigantic new cube farm in rural Mississippi, and transfer all gummint employees in any way connected to Bush there. Task them to calculate Pi by hand to check Ten's new chip's accuracy, and to submit a report hourly on their progress..

Anything Bush does between now and when Obama takes office is easily reversible.

Not from other articles I've read. But who knows, maybe you are right. Then why are they going to so much trouble? I guess it's not the most gracious transition.
