Are you serious??!! In my estimation that could be significant. Are you positive? If it is true, they really paid a premium to get in. The first question that comes to mind is what do they know that they couldn't wait until morning to buy the stock? They paid almost a half point premium to get their hands on the stock. Darrell, anyone-significance?
