Depends. Both bond and stock prices plummeting are reflecting deleveraging, more than any rational attempt to value underlying fundamentals (other than for financials, which should all be worth zero).

Ah, there's the rub Stanley...its that "if the company makes it" part that's such a bitch in junk......especially in a deprecession (I just made that one up, catchy, no?).
